These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MatchVane (the “Service”), a website and software service operated by 4Ravu L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company (“4Ravu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using MatchVane, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use MatchVane.
No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
The Career Passport tools, resume content, suggestions, and templates provided by MatchVane are offered as-is, for general assistance only. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in interviews, job offers, or any particular employment outcome.
Accuracy of User Inputs
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information you enter into your Career Passport or resume. MatchVane does not verify user-submitted content.
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No Guarantee of Results
As described above, MatchVane does not guarantee any outcome tied to use of a Career Passport or resume produced with the Service.
Third-Party Services
Sign-in via Google or Microsoft OAuth is subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Intellectual Property
The MatchVane name, logo, templates, design, and underlying software are the property of 4Ravu L.L.C. You retain full ownership of the Career Passport content, resume content, and profile photos you personally submit to the Service.
Open Source Software
MatchVane is built using open-source software, including React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, each governed by its own license. Use of MatchVane does not grant you any rights to this underlying software beyond what its respective license permits.
Availability & Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Copyright Policy
If you believe content on MatchVane infringes your copyright, contact us through our Contact page with details of the claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Ravu L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any damages related to employment or hiring outcomes, arising from use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4Ravu L.L.C. from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about MatchVane may be used by 4Ravu L.L.C. without obligation to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in New Jersey, and you agree to waive any right to a class action or jury trial, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
